Office Administrator

Your New Role –
As Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the business and will report directly to the owner and company director. This is an extremely important and diverse role within our company where you will have a lot of responsibility and autonomy for running the office of a small, but busy, family-run M&E Renewable Energy business based in Dundrum, Co. Down. Working alongside a highly motivated and growing team you will be responsible for –
• Controlling and management of all documentation associated with the job role
• Providing administrative back up to the sales team
• Liaising with our key suppliers
• Liaising with the maintenance team
• Organizing and scheduling planned service and maintenance contracts with our existing client base
• The procurement and supply of spare parts and equipment
• Managing and controlling the stock movements of the above
• Providing support to our client base
• Fully embracing the vision and values of the company
• Supporting the Company’s Health & Safety Officer

What you’ll need to succeed –
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment, preferably within the construction industry, and be able to demonstrate that they have the following key attributes to successfully carry out and fulfill this critical key role within our business-
• Excellent administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and orally
• Be able to work on your initiative and autonomously
• An excellent all-rounder who is capable of multitasking
• Excellent business acumen with a commercial focus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent IT Skills (MS Office)
• Experience working with the following software support packages, or similar
o SAGE (Accounts Package), WorkPAL (Job Management), and ACT1 (CRM)
• Experience in the Purchasing of Stock
• Experience in Stock Management and Control
